Tasting Notes
Evocative aromas of camomile, boxwood, white flower and flinty minerals add a vibrant dimension to notes of citrus and tropical fruit. The palate is bright, focused and tightly structured, with a satisfying weight and roundness that comes from a healthy component of Semillon. It retains its weight, volume and viscosity through the mid-palate to a fresh and persistent finish. Lovely to drink now with potential to age. Enjoy with seafood and lighter fare.

Tasting Notes
The Elivette opens with the inviting suggestion of fresh strawberry, rose petal, notes of brown spice, chocolate and subtle leather. A pleasing sweet entry introduces a layered wine nicely shaped and supported by fine-grained tannins. On the palate, the wine is broad and round, delivering a profusion of fruit in a structural framework that is still tightly knit at this stage of development, but fully capturing the generous and exceptional nature of the 2012 vintage. Decant for 1-2 hours before service.

This has a lovely dusty character with currant, tile and sweet tobacco. Full body, chewy and beautiful tannins. Wonderful austerity yet softness. Flavorful finish. Delicious now but shows finesse and length.
